1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Primevest website and investor platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age, provide accurate information, and complete identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) screening before investing.

3. Not yet open to the public

Primevest is not currently accepting public investments. No offer is made until a licensed fund manager, regulatory approvals, custody arrangements and payment integrations are in place.

4. Investments

Each investment is governed by the plan terms recorded at the time of investment. Yields are indicative and not guaranteed. The value of investments can fall as well as rise.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited only after verification. Withdrawals are paid to verified destinations, subject to review, applicable fees and plan conditions.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts to meet legal, regulatory or security obligations.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Primevest is not liable for losses arising from market movements or from information you provide incorrectly.
